  • Face to face competency based interview covering, biographical and adherence to legislative requirements.
  • Client provided with a verbal introduction covering candidates career to
  • date and future aspirations as well as a full comprehensive CV.
  • Interview times arranged.
  • Candidates de-briefed on interview format.
  • Full feedback and delivery provided to both Client and Candidate.
  • Complete offer management service.
  • Contact is made with the Client and Candidate on Day 1 and Day 5 ensuring a successful start.
