Telephone pre-screen candidates to assess suitable for registration.
Face to face competency based interview covering, biographical and adherence to legislative requirements.
Client provided with a verbal introduction covering candidates career to
Interview times arranged.
Candidates de-briefed on interview format.
Full feedback and delivery provided to both Client and Candidate.
Complete offer management service.
Contact is made with the Client and Candidate on Day 1 and Day 5 ensuring a successful start.
