We are delighted to retain 2 new positions for Sales Executives as part of this brokers continued growth programme.
 
Following unprecedented year on year growth in excess of 30% they would like to reinvest into new staff and provide the opportunity for insurance and non-insurance sales personnel to have the opportunity to grow their own book of business and build a career. They specialise in commercial insurance's across the SME and Mid-corporate range. They pride themselves on delivering a bespoke, client focused service. Behind the client facing aspect they invest in a marketing company that provides warm leads, own a sale force cleansed database and have gained a super reputation that delivers referrals. 
 
You would be provided with a car allowance, IT equipment and phone. They are confident that you will be given warm leads from the beginning and can continue to fee these to you.  This is where you would come in and pick up on these in either a 'play and pass' role or to fully manage the book depending upon your level of insurance experience.  In addition they have a superb back office technical support that will place the business across the open market access they have.  The bonus scheme is very rewarding and provides an excellent structure to increase your base salary.
 
We seek candidates that are maybe already in insurance but looking to make that move into an external position with the backing and support of industry experts, or if you have a sales role our insurance and want to transfer your skill into a new sector they are also confident that they can assist you to succeed. You may already be an experienced executive and just wish to move to a new forward thinking business.  Here the business could accommodate you.  This position comes with a £400 per month car allowance.

New Business Developer

£45,000 - £60,000
Working within this respected organisation you will join a highly successful insurance team. This position is based upon a consultative approach to developing new business with mid-corporate high end clients. The role will be based in their Leicester office and your primary responsibility will be generation of new business across the Midlands regions.
This will involve:
 
Proactive generation of new business through networking, relationship building and attending industry related events with colleagues.
Managing new relationships and maintaining existing ones for growth.
Maintaining a balanced pipeline for future revenues by sourcing new prospects using the above.
Engaging and communicating effectively with senior level decision makers.
Collaborating with other internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients.
Developing a high level of product knowledge within the commercial insurance sector with full assistance and training from the business.
If you are looking for a new challenge and have a successful track record in new business development, gained ideally within the insurance sector although we will consider other industries, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to carve out a niche within this arena.
