We have a new position to work closely with a successful Professional Indemnity broking team based within the Midlands.
Key responsibilities
Dealing with new claim notifications over the telephone or in writing
Ability to advise customers on all types of professional indemnity claims
Maintaining highly accurate and detailed records for each incident
Attending client visits to discuss claims matters helping to develop strong working relationships with clients
Effective management of daily workloads
Maintaining an up to date diary system so that each claim can be progressed quickly and effectively
Dealing with policyholder complaints (Verbal or Written)
Production of detailed claims reports for customers upon request
Liaising closely with account executives regarding high value or complex claims which may affect policyholder renewals
Liaising with third party representatives, approved repairers and Loss Adjusters to make sure claim runs smoothly
Candidates must have recent experience in handling Professional Indemnity claims. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to develop a team as the business grows further.
