Underwriting Team Leader

This post will be working with a team of 14 underwriters handling commercial insurance renewals. There will be a technical underwriter that will guide on technical issues. The main purpose of your role will be to manage, motivate and monitor work flow. Additional responsibilities will include 121's, appraisals and monthly reporting.

Candidates will ideally have an insurance background with knowledge of property and liability risks, not necessarily hands on experience. The key requirements will be people management and a proven ability to make a difference to the team.
